We, at Indie Heart, are committed to provide to all its customers’ superior products, hassle free shopping experience and satisfactory customer support. We make all efforts to make sure you are happy and fully satisfied!

1. Shipping:

·         Products are shipped within 3-4 business days (apart from customised orders) of receiving the order and may take upto 10-12 working days to reach you.

·         Free shipping for all orders above Rs 5000

·         For all orders below Rs.5000, an additional shipping charge of Rs.150 would apply unless otherwise specified.

2. Shipping Restrictions

·         We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

·         We currently do not have Cash on delivery as a payment option

·         Please note that certain items may have shipping restrictions based on their size or weight.

3. Corporate/Bulk Orders:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/ text message/ whatsapp. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
